Durg News: DJ will be confiscated for playing at high volume

Collector Richa Prakash Chaudhary said that eight main roads have been identified, action is being taken to remove cattle from those roads, they will be kept safe in the Kanj House with radium tagging. For this, cooperation is being taken from the Municipal Corporation and the Police Administration. Action is also being taken against the owners of cattle found on the roads. Regarding noise pollution, the Chief Secretary said that the High Court’s instructions should be followed. He said that strict action should be taken against those playing DJ at high volume and ensure that it is confiscated as per the court’s orders. Under the environmental rules, the district administration should check vehicles with DJ through audio meters. Ensure immediate action wherever DJ is seen playing at high volume. He said that the police administration should construct barracks in the jails. Ensure that the barracks which are dilapidated are repaired. Jails should be kept clean.

The Chief Secretary discussed with the District Administration about de-addiction. During this, ensure that efforts are made to bring drug addicts into the mainstream of society. Apart from this, it is necessary to keep an eye on children’s hostels, schools, colleges. Ensure the formation of a committee for this. Ensure that deployment is increased at check posts so that drugs do not enter the district. During the review of the health department, ensure that areas prone to malaria and diarrhea are marked and prevented. By forming a team of the health department, malaria and diarrhea can be prevented. During the review of revenue, he said that ensure that pending cases of transfer, demarcation and revenue are resolved quickly.
