Drunk youth stages high drama on tower in Odisha’s Angul dist, attempts to jump

Talcher: A drunk youth staged high drama atop a tower in Angul district of Odisha on Wednesday morning. The incident took place in Rangbeda village under Kaniha block of Talcher in which tried jump off the tower.

The youth has been identified as Srikant Dehuri of Rangbeda village.

After getting information about the high drama by the youth, Police and fire brigade rushed to the spot.

The police then started to convince the youth to get down but in vain.

After a 4-hour long high drama, the NTPC police and Kaniha fire brigade somehow managed to convince the youth and brought him down from the tower.

As the youth staged the high drama from atop the tower people crowded the place to witness the high drama by the youth.
