Raipur. Former Chief Minister and BJP National Vice President Dr. Raman Singh has written a letter to Union Food Minister Piyush Goyal demanding a CBI inquiry into the PDS scam. Dr. Raman Singh terming the PDS scam as the biggest scam ever, has put the Bhupesh government of the state in the dock.
