Dombivli: Father sexually assaults his minor daughter
Maharashtra: The incident of a father molesting his daughter a few days ago in Dombivali was still fresh when on Sunday a father molested and sexually assaulted his minor daughter in Dombivali. When the girl protested against the father’s actions, the father burnt her school books and clothes in anger. The girl told her mother about the incident at home. The wife asked her husband about the incident. At that time the husband slapped his wife and the girls. The father has molested his daughter twice in the last seven days. The mother of the victim girl has lodged a complaint against her husband at the Manpada police station. The police have registered a case against the father under the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Act.
The girl’s mother has said in her complaint lodged at the police station that the girl was alone at home on Sunday evening. At this time the father molested and sexually assaulted the victim. She strongly opposed all this. The girl got scared of the incident. When her mother came, she told what her father had done to her. During this time, an argument broke out between the victim’s mother and father regarding this matter. During this argument, the angry father slapped his wife and the victim. When the girl told about the incident at home, he took out her school books and clothes from the cupboard and burnt them. The case is being investigated by Assistant Police Inspector Swati Jagtap of Manpada Police Station. The investigating officer said that we have started investigating the case.
