DMK women’s conference will be held in Palladam on December 29.

Tamil Nadu: The DMK Women’s Conference will be held on December 29th in Palladam, Tiruppur district, under the leadership of the party’s Deputy General Secretary, Kanimozhi MP. Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will participate and deliver a special address.

The DMK issued a statement regarding this on Tuesday:

The DMK government is implementing several schemes for the development of women in Tamil Nadu, including the ‘Women’s Rights Fund’ for 1.31 crore women, ‘free bus travel’, the ‘Innovative Women Scheme’ for female students, and safe ‘Friends Hostels’ for working women.

In this context, the Western Region DMK Women’s Conference, titled ‘Vellam Tamil Women’, will be held on December 29th at 4 PM in Palladam, Tiruppur district.

DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will deliver a special address at this conference. Deputy General Secretary Kanimozhi MP will preside. DMK General Secretary Durai Murugan, Treasurer D.R. Balu MP, Principal Secretary K.N. Nehru, Deputy General Secretaries I. Periyasamy, K. Ponmudi, Trichy Siva MP, A. Raja MP, Anthiyur P. Selvaraj MP, Minister M.P. Saminathan, Organizing Secretary R.S. Bharathi, Women’s Wing Secretary Helen Davidson, and Women’s Wing Secretary Namakkal P. Rani will lead the proceedings. Karur District DMK Secretary V. Senthilbalaji MLA will deliver the welcome address.

Tiruppur Central District Secretary Tiruppur K. Selvaraj MLA will reportedly offer the vote of thanks.
