Divisional Commissioner Mahadev Kavre’s camp court was inaugurated in Raigarh

Raigarh. From today, Divisional Commissioner Mahadev Kavre started his camp court in Raigarh Collectorate. During this, he heard 448 cases in the court.

On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner Kavre directed to register all the cases online in view of smooth functioning in the Commissioner Court. He said that the cases coming to the Commissioner Court should be thoroughly examined and taken forward. In the cases to be appealed, the mobile numbers of the parties and advocates should be mandatorily recorded. So that the concerned get the information related to the hearing in advance through SMS. He directed the advocates appearing for the advocacy of the parties to submit Vakalat Nama and mandatorily mention their contact number in it. It is noteworthy that Divisional Commissioner Shri Mahadev Kavre has issued an order regarding hearing in the camp court in Raigarh on 20 January 2025. Under which Divisional Commissioner Mr. Kavre will hear the cases related to Raigarh district on the third Friday of every month at Raigarh Collectorate.
