Biennial convention of State Employees Joint Employees Council Branch District Udham Singh Nagar was organized at State Garden Farm, Rudrapur in which new executive committee was constituted for the next 02 years. The first session was presided over by Pradeep Joshi, State Employees Joint Council, Udham Singh Nagar, Mr. Ravindrajit Singh, District President, Udyan Sangh, Mr. Pramod Kumar Sharma, Mr. Uma Shankar Kashyap, Mr. Virendra Pandey, Mr. Gulab Sirohi, Mr. Harjeet Singh, Mr. Kunwar Singh Sawant, Divisional President, Kumaon Mandal, Mrs. Hema Bisht, Vice President (Women), R.C.S.P., Udham Singh Nagar put forth their views.

In the second session, for the formation of the biennial executive, the election program was executed by the House under the supervision of Mr. Gulab Singh Sirahi and Mr. Virendra Pandey as Election Officer and K.S. Mr. Kumar Sharma, Mr. Ravindra Jit Singh was declared elected unopposed for the post of Senior Vice President. Along with this, co-observers Shailendra Srivastava, vice-presidents Mrs. Sarika Joshi and Mrs. Hema Bisht, vice-presidents Pramod Kumar Chaudhary Birpal Singh, Jitendra Kumar Sharma, joint minister Uma Shankar Kashyap were declared elected unopposed. Mr. SK Nayyar was elected as Chief Patron and Pradeep Joshi as Patron by the present Executive and House. Council passed resolutions on the following demands

1. As before, ACP should be given at 10, 16 and 26 years.
2. Government order should be issued soon to provide the benefit of relaxation.
3. An appeal has been made to participate in maximum number in the constitutional march to be organized on 16.04.2023 at 11.00 am in the district from Gandhi Park to the Deputy District Magistrate’s Office, Rudrapur, for old pension.
4. The anomalies of the Golden Card should be removed and the OPD should be made cashless. In the session K.S. Sawant, Divisional President Kumao Mandal, Pradeep Joshi, S.K. Shukla Sarika Joshi, Balwant Ram, SL Verma, Vinod Kumar, Dinesh Chandra Singh etc. were present in the meeting.
