District level camp of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Dalit Tribal Enterprise Promotion Scheme was organized

With the aim of increasing the participation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the overall industrial development of the state, a district level camp was organized on Thursday, June 22, at the auditorium of Panchayat Samiti Jaisalmer under Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Rajasthan Dalit Tribal Enterprise Promotion Scheme.
Addressing the camp, Additional District Collector Gopal Lal Swarnakar congratulated all the beneficiaries and asked all the departments to take the benefit of the scheme to the maximum number of people with mutual coordination. He also asked the banking officers to dispose of the applications positively.
Earlier, the program started with garlanding the picture of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Introducing the scheme, Santosh Kumari, General Manager of the District Industry and Commercial Center, said that under this scheme, low-cost loan facility from the state government to the eligible persons belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for setting up and expanding new enterprises. Various types of facilities including guarantee fee, margin money subsidy, interest subsidy have been provided under CGTMSE, which will lead to economic empowerment of these sections.
He told that in the scheme, the applicant should be a native of Rajasthan, as well as the applicant should belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category and the age of the applicant should be 18 years or more. Should not be employed in Central and State service. In the case of partnership and LLP firm, co-operative society and company, 51 percent or more ownership should be in the applicant organization belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, as well as the applicant should not be a defaulter in loans taken from banks and financial institutions in the past.
He informed that the type of enterprise and the maximum loan limit in the loan limit and provision is Rs 10 crore in the manufacturing sector, Rs 5 crore in the service sector and Rs 1 crore in the business sector. For new, expansion, diversification and modernization in loan facility and interest subsidy, the maximum loan amount and interest subsidy is 9 percent up to Rs. 25 lakh, 7 percent from Rs. 25 lakh to Rs. 5 crore and 6 percent from Rs. 5 crore to Rs. 10 crore. Margin money grant of 25 percent of the project cost or Rs 25 lakh, whichever is less, will be adjusted in the borrower’s account if the enterprise operates for three years after the loan disbursement. Aadhaar card, photo, caste certificate and detailed project report plan are necessary in the documents.
During the programme, certificates were also distributed to 6 beneficiaries of the scheme. District Employment Officer Bhavani Pratap Charan, DDM Pradeep Kumar, District Manager of Agrani Bank CS Garg, Mahesh Vasu, Sawai Singh, Umashankar, Yogesh Kaushik, Ravindra Tank, Tagaram Bhil including various departmental officers, employees, bank representatives, beneficiaries and common people were present in the camp.
