Differences with RGV… heroine replied

Mumbai: There are very few rumours about Ram Gopal Varma in the film industry. If there are any, he speaks openly. Not only this, the entire film industry says that he does not trouble the actors with his behaviour. Especially with heroines, no matter how familiar he is… he does not cross his limits. This is the reason why many heroines are willing to do films with him. There have been rumours about Ram Gopal Varma for a long time. There were reports in Bollywood that Ram Gopal Varma has had a fight with the beautiful yesteryear star Urmila Matondkar and there are differences between the two. Recently Urmila responded to these rumours. She clarified that she has no differences with Ram Gopal Varma.

Urmila worked as a heroine in the films ‘Antam’, ‘Gayam’, ‘Rangeela’ and ‘Satya’ directed by RGV. All the films in which both of them worked together were superhits. However, after ‘Aag’ (2007), Urmila did not work in RGV’s films again. This led to many speculations in Bollywood. Recently, in an interview given on the occasion of the re-release of ‘Satya’, the question was asked ‘Were there any differences between you and RGV?’ To this, Urmila replied, ‘There were no differences between us. I have a good friendship with him. I also worked in special songs in his films ‘Company’ (2002) and ‘Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag’ (2007). After this, there is no special reason why we have not worked together again. I am proud to work under his direction. Urmila said, ‘If I get a chance, I would like to do a film with Ram Gopal Varma and Manoj Bajpayee again.’

… Urmila, who was last seen in the film ‘Blackmail’ in 2018, entered politics in 2019. First, she joined the Congress and contested the elections, but lost. The next year she joined the Shiv Sena party. Currently, she is away from politics and is trying to make a comeback in films. Urmila is currently playing the role of a judge in many reality shows.
