Dhanashree Verma takes jibe on Yuzvendra Chahal’s sugar daddy T-shirt, here’s what she said

Circketer Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma are at loggerheads yet again. This comes as Verma decided to break her silence on Yuzi Chahal iconic T-shirt in which he showed up for his final divorce hearing.
The quote on the T-shirt read, “Be Your Own Sugar Daddy.” Reacting to it, Dhanashree said that she was taken aback and said, he should have conveyed it personally to him instead of making a scene.
Nearly a month after Chahal spoke about their high-profile divorce, Verma said during a podcast that she had an emotional breakdown during the court hearing.
Recalling the final divorce hearing, she said she was standing there but suddenly started to howl in front of everyone. She said, “She just kept crying, howling and crying. Of course! All of that happened, and he (Chahal) walked out first.”
Speaking over the viral T-shirt, she said she was surprised by the move. She said, “Are bhai, Whatsapp kar deta. T-shirt kyun pehna hai?”
The duo got married in Gurugram in December 2020 after Dhanashree tutored Chahal for dance during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer Dhanashree Verma were granted the order of divorce by the Bandra family court on March 20.
“The court has granted the decree of divorce. The court has accepted the joint petition of both parties. The parties are no longer married,” advocate Nitin Kumar Gupta, Chahal’s advocate told ANI.
Chahal was seen leaving the court today carrying a jacket in his hand and a T-shirt that had the words “Be your own sugar daddy’ written on it. Dhanashree Verma was, meanwhile seen in white T-shirt and blue jeans and donning a black face mask.
