MCB. There will be no more waiting for dormant bank accounts, unclaimed deposits, and pending claim amounts to reach their rightful owners. Following the guidelines of the Department of Financial Services, Government of India, the LDM Cell is organizing a special DEAF Claim Settlement Camp on December 12, 2025, at the Janpad Panchayat meeting hall. This camp is emerging as a historic opportunity for all account holders whose hard-earned money has been stuck for years due to banking technicalities or other unforeseen reasons.

This one-day special camp will provide reactivation of dormant accounts, settlement of forgotten deposits, verification of claim applications, and quick on-the-spot resolution of pending claims, all under one roof. Releasing the capital stuck in the banking system through the DEAF fund to the citizens is a priority for the government, and this camp is a significant step towards realizing economic empowerment at the grassroots level. The LDM Cell appeals to all bank customers, the general public, social representatives, and elected officials to participate in this camp in large numbers and secure their rights to their deposits. The camp will operate from 11 AM to 4 PM. To ensure claim settlement is completed on the same day, beneficiaries are advised to bring their passbooks, identity cards, and relevant documents.

This camp will not only protect citizens’ financial capital but also promote financial literacy, further strengthening awareness and trust in the banking system in the future. The administration believes that this initiative will open new avenues of economic awareness and self-reliance in society. For more information, necessary guidelines, or assistance regarding documents, interested beneficiaries can contact their nearest bank branch. This DEAF Claim Settlement Camp at the Janpad Panchayat meeting hall will undoubtedly be a ray of hope for families who have been waiting for years for a resolution regarding their deposits.
