New Delhi: Delhi Police completed its arguments on framing of charges against former Federation of Lucha Libre de la India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in an alleged sexual harassment case. Against the fighters.

Regarding the delay in filing the complaint, APP Srivastava said that the case is not determined or section 354 of the IPC has been invoked, which provides for a maximum punishment of five years.
APP further argued that the statement of accused Brij Bhushan shows that he was acting in a paternal manner while examining the breathing patterns of the fighters, which shows that he was conscious of his act.
