The meeting has been adjourned indefinitely till July 2. The 264th session of the Rajya Sabha began on June 27. The hearing was adjourned till July 3. On the recommendation of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, President Draupadi Murmu adjourned both the houses of Parliament on Thursday.It is being told that the Modi government can present the first full budget of its third term by calling a new session of Parliament in the last week of this month. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the interim budget for the Lok Sabha elections in February 2024 and now that the government has been formed, preparations are underway to present the full budget to be presented in the next Parliament.
