Delhi: In Shahbad Dairy, the lover stabbed the minor several times with a knife, also crushed him with a stone.

New Delhi (IANS) | A 16-year-old girl was stabbed to death by her 20-year-old boyfriend in Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy area. An official gave this information on Monday. The accused has been identified as Sahil. When Sahil’s anger did not subside even after several stabs with a knife, he crushed the girl with a stone.

According to the police, on Sunday, information about the murder of a girl was received, following which a police team reached the spot.

The body of Sakshi, a resident of JJ Colony of Shahbad Dairy, was found on the road, a senior police officer said. It is learned that Sahil, who was following Sakshi, stopped him and stabbed him several times with a knife.

Sahil and Sakshi were in a relationship, but had a fight recently.

On Sunday, Sakshi was on her way to attend her friend’s son’s birthday when Sahil stopped her and attacked her with a knife and then crushed her with a stone, said a police officer associated with the probe.

Sahil is absconding and manhunt is on to nab him, the officer said. A case has been registered under IPC section 302 (murder) on the complaint of the father of the deceased.
