According to the information, in the statement given to the police, Vipan Kumar, a resident of village Jol Tehsil Jaswan district Kangra, said that he and his friend Roop Lal were going on a scooty from Kailash Vihar to the gas plant towards the bus stand, then the scooty broke down near the gas plant. happened. When both of them were going to the mechanic on foot with the scooty, a police patrolling vehicle came and stopped them. According to the complainant, he was not even given a chance to speak and slapped, due to which Roop Lal fell down and the police personnel left in a vehicle. After this, Roop Singh was immediately brought to the hospital in a private vehicle. From here the doctors referred him to Civil Hospital Baddi, where the doctor declared Roop Lal brought dead.
