Dead body of young man found on railway track, sensation spread

Janjgir-Champa. The dead body of a youth has been found on the Birghani railway track in Janjgir-Champa district. The deceased youth has been identified as Ritesh Suryavanshi (18 years), resident of village Dudga. The police is busy investigating the reason for which the young man committed suicide. The body of the youth has been handed over to the family members after post-mortem. The incident took place in City Kotwali police station area. According to the information, youth Ritesh Suryavanshi lived in his maternal uncle’s house in village Dudga. Ritesh used to work as a mechanic. He was sent out of the house at 11 am on Saturday morning, after which he did not return home till evening. Many times it has come to light that even after calling, the phone was not picked up.

At around 8 pm on Saturday night, the employees working on the railway line informed the station master about the dead body. After this, the City Kotwali police was informed about the discovery of the dead body. Due to it being night, the body remained lying on the railway track throughout the night. The police reached the spot on Sunday, took the body into their custody, conducted Panchnama and sent it for post-mortem. Serious injury marks were also found on the head of the deceased youth. The reason why the young man took this suicidal step is unknown. The mobile phone of the deceased youth has been recovered from him, which has been sent for investigation. Police are also interrogating the family members.
