dead body of head constable found on tree

Bilaspur. The head constable posted at Sarkanda police station committed suicide by hanging himself. The deceased head constable had gone out for a walk after having dinner and did not return home. The police kept searching for them. At midnight his body was found hanging on a neem tree behind the house. Sarkanda Police is investigating the matter by establishing a route.

Lakhan Singh Meshram, a resident of Mopka, was working as head constable in Sarkanda police station. He was given the responsibility of Malkhana in the police station. It is being told that he was worried about something. After returning from duty, he left home at 11 pm saying he was going for a walk after having dinner. After this, they tied a rope to the Neem tree behind the house and hanged themselves.

When he did not return home till 1 o’clock in the night, his family members became worried. The family members informed the Sarkanda police station about the incident. The police team started searching for them. At around 3 o’clock in the night, the body of head constable Lakhan Meshram was found hanging. The reason for the suicide of the head constable has not been revealed yet, the police is busy investigating the matter.
