Dead body of absconding accused found in the river

Rajnandgaon. A youth accused of a murder that took place a few months ago in Motipur of the city died by drowning in the Shabari river of Dantewada. On April 25, the deceased had entered the river to take bath with his friends. He died after going into deep water. The SDRF team recovered the body after 40 hours of effort in Tallurghat, about 5 km from the incident site.

According to the information received, Kishan Sahu alias Jhambha Dada, a resident of local Tulsipur, was brutally murdered on March 11. A young man named Abhishek Utkel alias Marri was also involved in the incident. The police had made him an accused. Abhishek absconded after the incident. The police was actively searching for him. Meanwhile, Abhishek died while bathing in Shabari river of Dantewada.

It is being told that the area where deceased Abhishek had gone to take bath is heavily Naxal affected. The friends of the deceased informed the police about his drowning. Amidst tight security, soldiers launched an operation to find the dead body. A total of 3 accused are absconding in the murder of Jhambha Dada. In which the son of a police constable is also included.
