Dead body found in front of SP office, fear of murder

Kanker. The dead body of a 70-year-old woman has been found in the house located in front of the Kanker Superintendent of Police office. Blood and injury marks were found on the ground. The woman lived alone in the house. At the same time, after this murder, sensation has spread in the area. The police have registered a case and are engaged in the investigation.

Actually, Kanker Kotwali in-charge Ajay Sahu told that Champa Bai used to live with her nephew in MG ward. The nephew had gone to his village on 20 June. Since then the woman used to live alone in the house. Neighbors informed the nephew on 28 June. The woman is lying on the ground in the house in dead condition. There are marks of injury on the jaw of the woman. A lot of blood has also been shed on the ground. On the basis of the complaint of the nephew, a case is being registered and the investigation is going on. Right now the investigation regarding the murder and accident is going on.

Forensic team has also been called from Jagdalpur. The help of dog squad is also being taken. It may be noted that the SP office is right in front of the house from where the dead body of the woman was found. In such a situation, the police is investigating very closely.
