Dead bodies of two women and two youths found in a closed room, suspicion of murder
Noida. Police found the dead bodies of two youths and two women living in a house in Tusyana village of Ecotek Police Station area, this evening. The dead body appears to be 2 days old. Police suspect that all four died of suffocation. There are three brothers and sisters among the dead.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Mrs. Suniti said that on Friday night, Ecotech-3 police station received information that a foul smell was coming from a room in Tusyana village. He told that when the police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and opened the door of the room, they found four people dead inside the room. He said that the deceased have been identified as Chandresh son of Pappu Singh, Rajesh son of Pappu Singh, Babli daughter of Pappu Singh, and Mrs. Nisha wife of Chandresh. He told that all four were residents of Sikandra Rao of Hathras district.
He told that during the investigation, the police came to know that all the people lived in a small room. Chandresh used to run a parantha shop. He told that it was found on the spot that potatoes were kept in a big pot for boiling, and gas was lit. He said that it seems that due to burning of gas, there was a lack of oxygen in the room and all four died of suffocation. DCP said that all four bodies have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. He said that the cause of death will be clear only after the post mortem report comes. He said that information is being collected in the said case from nearby people.
There has been a sensation in Greater Noida area after dead bodies of four people were found in a room. There is discussion among the people present at the spot that either all four have been murdered, or all four have consumed some life-threatening substance, due to which they died. The police is investigating the case keeping all the aspects in mind. A large number of people have gathered at the spot. The police made them understand and removed them from there.
