Crowd of devotees in Tirumala, it will take 12 hours for all the darshan
Andhra Pradesh: Amid the weekend, Tirumala witnessed a massive rush of devotees on Saturday. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has announced that devotees queuing up for Sarvadarshanam tokens in the 12 compartments should be prepared to wait for around 12 hours. In contrast, devotees with special entry darshan tickets will experience a much shorter wait period, estimated at just 4 hours. Given the massive rush, TTD officials are urging devotees to respect the scheduled timings for darshan. They emphasised that those who arrive early can still queue up, but they should be aware of the scheduled timings. The organisation continues to work diligently to manage the flow of visitors, to ensure a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience for all. Tirumala has witnessed a surge in the number of visitors, with around 65,131 devotees arriving to seek the blessings of the Swami and 30,998 offering hair till Friday midnight. TTD collected ₹4.66 crore through hundi on Friday.
