Crime News Raipur: 4 robbers arrested, they were committing the crime of mobile robbery
Raipur news. Mobile robbers have been arrested. Hulas Sahu had lodged a report that on 1.06.2024 at around 10.45 pm, he was going home from his office New Rajendra Nagar on his motorcycle, reached near Sankaranagar Vidya Hospital, when he got a call from home and stopped on the roadside and was talking on mobile, when three boys riding a Yamaha motorcycle without number plate came there and looted his iPhone mobile phone. When the applicant protested, the three boys beat him with fists and fled. On which, on the report of the applicant, crime number 324/2024 section 394, 411 IPC was registered in Civil Line Police Station and taken into investigation.
In view of the seriousness of the case, under the guidance of senior police officers and under the leadership of the police station in-charge Civil Line Police, the Civil Line Police started investigating the unknown accused by conducting detailed interrogation of the applicant and the people around him in relation to the incident. Along with observing the footage of CCTV cameras installed at the incident site and its surroundings, the team members also deployed informers to trace the unknown accused. During this time, the team members received important information regarding the accused involved in the incident.
On which, the team members caught Bhavik Nayak, Rohit Harpal and 01 juvenile boy along with the motorcycle Yamaha vehicle used in the incident and on questioning them about the incident, the accused/juvenile boy accepted to have committed the robbery and told that he had looted a total of 05 mobile phones from Ambuja Mall, Magneto Mall, Ghadi Chowk, Shankar Nagar and Daldal Seoni Mowa by taking advantage of the dark and deserted places at night from different places of the city and sold the looted mobile phones to another juvenile boy. On which 05 mobile phones and Yamaha vehicle used in the incident worth about Rs. 1,67,000/- were seized from the possession of the accused/juvenile child and further action has been taken against the accused/juvenile children.

- Rohit Harpal father Pradeep Harpal age 19 years address Jagannath Nagar, Panipat Gali, Police Station Civil Line Raipur.
- 02 children in conflict with the law.
