Court punished the boy to learn traffic rules, one died in the accident

Raigarh. In a case involving a minor driving a vehicle without a license and causing an accident, the Juvenile Court has given a unique punishment to the delinquent child. The court has sentenced the minor to learn traffic rules by staying with the police personnel for seven days. The court had given this punishment on March 18, but due to the examination of the delinquent child, this punishment is being implemented after the examination is over. This case is unique in itself because no delinquent child has ever received such punishment before in Raigarh district.

Actually, Kishore, resident of Deori village, is only 17 years old. Last year, while riding a bike, he overtook a tractor and collided with another bike coming in front. The second bike driver died in this incident. The case was reported at Kotra Road police station. A few months ago, the minor received a notice from the police station, after which the minor was produced in the juvenile court.
During the hearing, the court found that the child was a minor and had committed the accident due to lack of knowledge of traffic rules. Therefore, the court has sentenced the minor to learn traffic rules by staying with the traffic police personnel for seven days. The minor is now doing duty with the police personnel from morning to evening every day and learning traffic rules. Officials say that traffic rules are being taught to the minor in compliance with the court order.
