Construction work of PM’s residence is going on at a fast pace in Chhattisgarh.
Raipur. Every person dreams of having his own permanent house, a permanent roof, in which he can live his life with his family. Chhattisgarh government, working better in this direction, under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev, approved the construction of houses for the needy on first priority under the PM Awas Yojana. As a result, the construction work of PM Awas Urban and Rural is going on at a rapid pace in the entire state. In Jashpur district also, after the release of the outstanding installments to thousands of beneficiaries under PM Awas Yojana Urban and Rural, the houses of most of the people have now been completed.
Shri Muneshwar Ram, resident of Khajanchitoli Basti, Jashpur, an eligible beneficiary of PM Awas Yojana Urban, said that two years ago only two installments had come with the approval for housing construction. Due to which the housing construction work was incomplete. When the new government came to the state and approved the housing construction and released the remaining installments, the housing construction work has been completed. He said that the government is doing better work to realize the dreams of the needy keeping in mind their needs. After getting their own permanent residence, the whole family is now living happily. For this he has expressed gratitude to the state chief Shri Vishnudev Sai ji.
Jashpur resident Anand Bhagat, an eligible beneficiary of the scheme, says that earlier when he had a kutcha house, he was very worried about his house and his family. There was more trouble during rainy days. Due to it being a mud house, water was leaking inside the house and there were many problems. As soon as the government deposited money in my bank to build my permanent house, there was no limit to my happiness. I immediately started the work on my house and as the installments for the construction of the house started coming into my bank account, I got my own permanent house. Today I have my own permanent house. Now I am living comfortably and worry-free in my own permanent house. For this I thank Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai ji.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and as per the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the work of construction of permanent houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is going on at a fast pace in the district. Funds are being continuously provided to the beneficiaries as per geo tagging of housing construction. Through the scheme, the hope of every poor person for a permanent house is being fulfilled. Under this scheme, such people are getting the gift of permanent house, for whom it was very difficult to build a permanent house.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 18 lakh houses have been approved for the beneficiaries in rural areas. It was also decided to provide the necessary funds. According to the information received, till now 61784 thousand Prime Minister’s houses have been approved in the district, out of which 52282 thousand houses have been completed and handed over to the beneficiaries and the remaining houses are being completed soon as per the instructions of the government.
