Constable misbehaved with woman during interrogation, line attached

Durg. SP Jitendra Shukla has attached the line to constable Kishore Soni posted at Padmanabhpur police station. A woman had complained to the SP against Kishore Soni that he had misbehaved with her and assaulted her while on duty in the police station.

According to the information, last week a woman had reached Padmanabhpur police station with a complaint regarding some matter. Constable Kishore Soni, who was on duty at that time, interrogated the woman. During interrogation suddenly an argument started between the woman and Kishore Soni. The woman lodged a complaint with Durg SP. She alleged that constable Kishore Soni had misbehaved and assaulted her.

After receiving the complaint, the SP investigated the matter. The investigation found the matter to be true. Meanwhile, due to pressure the woman withdrew her complaint. Even after finding the mistake of the constable, the SP has attached the line to Kishore Soni.
