Congress made Bhupesh Baghel senior observer for Rae Bareli

Raipur. Congress has made Bhupesh Baghel the senior observer for Rae Bareli Lok Sabha seat. Ashok Gehlot has been given the responsibility of Amethi. Let us tell you that the nomination papers of eight including Congress candidate Rahul Gandhi, BJP candidate Dinesh Pratap Singh and BSP candidate Thakur Prasad were declared valid.

After scrutiny of nomination papers, now eight candidates remain in the fray. The situation will become completely clear after the withdrawal of nominations on May 6. It is being told that during the scrutiny of nomination papers, an objection was raised to cancel the nomination of Rahul Gandhi. This objection came after the acceptance of Rahul Gandhi’s nomination papers. Objections came in writing after 4 pm. According to the information received, the District Magistrate rejected the said objection finding it not maintainable.
