Complainants should be assured: SP Narasimha
Suryapet District SP K. Narasimha has advised the staff to treat the complainants coming to the police station with courtesy and provide them with reassurance. The SP conducted a surprise inspection of the Suryapet Town Police Station on Friday. On this occasion, the police station surroundings, records, complaint management and the Commandant Control Center were inspected. Later, he spoke to the complainants who came to the police station and instructed the police officers to take prompt action on the complaints. He instructed to respond quickly as soon as information on public problems is received and to register cases from the victims. He said that they should be available to the public at all times through social programs and create widespread awareness on cyber frauds, road accidents and women’s safety.
He said that the police personnel should work as a team and achieve good results. He suggested that Operation Rope should be implemented effectively to solve traffic problems in the town. He said that as part of Arrive Alive road safety, extensive awareness programs should be organized to create awareness among the people. Town Inspector Venkatayya, SIs Edukondalu, Ailayya, Mahendranath, and Sivateja participated in this program.
