CM Vishnu Deo Sai Honors Meritorious Students at National Kannaujiya Sonar Mahaparivar Event

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai attended the National Kannaujiya Sonar Mahaparivar Event at Shyam Palace in Jashpur today. During the event, he announced financial assistance of ₹25 lakh for the construction of a community building for the Sonar community. He also felicitated meritorious students who excelled in Class 10 and 12 examinations and those who cleared IIT and medical entrance exams by presenting them with mementos and certificates of appreciation.

Praises Sonar Community for Social Initiatives

In his address, CM Sai lauded the Sonar community for its commendable contributions to social welfare. He specifically appreciated initiatives like free cataract surgery camps, financial aid for underprivileged girls’ weddings, blood donation drives, and tree plantation programs. He emphasized that such efforts are inspirational and contribute to positive societal transformation.

Education as the Key to Progress, Call for Supporting Underprivileged Families

Highlighting the importance of education, CM Sai stated that it is the most powerful tool for shaping an individual’s future and improving their standard of living. He urged the Sonar community to actively promote education among their children and extend support to those from economically weaker backgrounds. He stressed that education not only secures an individual’s future but also ensures the overall progress of society.

CM Sai also reflected on his government’s 15-month tenure, reaffirming his commitment to fulfilling Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantees through rapid implementation of development initiatives. The event was attended by Zila Panchayat member Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, Krishna Rai, Dr. Ram Pratap Singh, Vijay Aditya Singh Judev, Sonar community district president Vikas Soni, and a large gathering of community members.
