CM Revanth Reddy: Expressed serious displeasure over the sale of Praja Palan application forms
Hyderabad: Expressing his serious dissatisfaction over Praja Palan forms being sold by various persons, Prime Minister A Revanth Reddy ordered officials to organize as many applications as possible to distribute among the people. The Prime Minister also assured that he will continue the Rythu Bandhu assistance and pension to existing individuals. He said that people should not have any fear in this regard. He said that those who had not enrolled earlier and who want to enroll again should submit their applications. Minister Principal held a meeting with Secretary Principal A Shanti Kumari and other senior officials regarding the Praja Palan program here on Saturday. During the meeting, all the information was collected regarding the Gram Sabhas held so far, the number of applications submitted by the people and the procedure followed by the officials in accepting the applications. “There should be no dearth of applications and as many forms as possible should be made available to the people,” Revanth Reddy told officials. The Prime Minister also ordered officials to ensure that applicants do not face any difficulty while submitting applications. It has asked district collectors to take strict action against those selling solicitation letters. He also suggested that public representatives should participate in the Praja Palan programme. Authorities are requested to ensure that citizens do not face any difficulty while submitting applications. It has also asked officials supplying drinking water and campaign shops to individuals assisting in the Praja Palan program to submit applications.
