CM inaugurated the Financial Technology Tower building worth Rs 249 crore.

Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Monday inaugurated a 5.56 lakh square foot FinTech Tower, built at a cost of ₹249 crore, at the Nandambakkam Financial City in Chennai.
At a time when the world is moving towards a digital economy, a FinTech City is being developed on 56 acres in Nandambakkam, Alandur taluk, Chennai district, with the aim of creating jobs in the FinTech sector and positioning Tamil Nadu as a leading state in the FinTech sector. In the first phase, Chief Minister Stalin inaugurated the 5.56 lakh square foot FinTech Tower building, built to international standards.
The FinTech Tower features high-end office spaces equipped with all the necessary amenities for financial and FinTech companies to start their operations.
Built to LEED Platinum Green Building standards, the building has two basements, a ground floor, and 11 floors, and features a full suite of amenities, including parking, 250- and 50-seat conference rooms, a restaurant, a gym, and a childcare center.
Designed with a business-friendly environment and world-class infrastructure, the building will serve as a key hub for the development of fintech in Tamil Nadu. During the event, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin issued orders to provide office space in the Fintech Tower to two private technology companies.
The event was attended by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Minister T.M.O. Anuprasan, Industries Minister T.R.P. Raja, MLAs E. Karunanidhi and Varalakshmi Madhusudhanan, Chief Secretary N. Muruganantham, TIDCO President Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, Industries Secretary V. Arun Roy, TIDCO Managing Director Sandeep Nanduri, TIDCO Managing Director Swetha Suman, and others.
