Class 9 student kidnapped, managed to escape in Odisha’s Jagatsingpur dist

Kujang: A Class 9 student was kidnapped in Jagatsingpur district of Odisha on Monday morning. However, fortunately, he managed to escape from the clutch of the kidnappers.

The victim is a Class 9 student from Dia village.

As per reports, today morning when he was waiting for the school vehicle at No. 15 Gada of Kujanga Block a few people came in a while Scorpio vehicle and kidnapped him.

There were two men and one woman inside the vehicle, all of them wearing masks and black glasses. They took him in the Bhutamundai road. When they were near Haladia gada he somehow managed to escape from the grip of the kidnappers.

He ran and hugged a man and cried, after which the man called the boy’s house and informed about the student. Later, as the man had some urgent work, he left him near Haladia gada.

Meanwhile, the student’s family members reached Haladia gada and searched for the boy. After searching for some time, they found him hiding under a bridge and rescued him.
