CKD students visit Coca Cola plant

Amritsar: CKD Institute of Management and Technology, Amritsar, running under the Chief Khalsa Dewan Charitable Society, organized an academic visit to the Coca Cola Plant with the aim of making the students aware of the practical implications of various subject-oriented concepts of their studies. They took the students to production units to see the manufacturing of glass bottles and PET bottles. The students also learned how water is purified, how sugar and flavors are added and also visited bottling sections and packaging units.

DAV School, Cantonment Branch welcomed the little ones on their first day of Playpen and Nursery. The students were welcomed with Tilak and Hawan ceremony and an atmosphere of warmth and enthusiasm was created. Following the ceremony, children and their parents engaged in fun activities and interactive sessions to gain insight into the school’s ethos and curriculum. The Kindergarten block demonstrated a vibrant learning environment. A series of activities and games were planned for the budding buds to make the transition from a safe home to the second safe environment of school.
