New Delhi. Abhijit Deepke, founder of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), had to leave the park of a residential society in Delhi. Reports indicate that Deepke had arrived there with team members and some supporters to discuss preparations for “Jantar Mantar Season 2.” However, as soon as society members learned of this, a large number of residents arrived at the scene and opposed such activity in the park.
According to reports, Abhijit Deepke had entered the society’s park accompanied by team members Saurabh Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and other supporters. Their objective was reportedly to strategize for the upcoming event. The team was seated in the park, discussing future plans, when local residents became aware of the situation and raised objections.
Residents maintained that the park was created exclusively for the people living there and that no political events, meetings, or preparations for demonstrations could be permitted. Locals stated clearly that the park could not be used as a venue for sit-ins or protests.
An exchange took place between the arriving residents and the CJP team. Expressing their displeasure, the residents emphasized the necessity of adhering to society rules and noted that maintaining public peace and order within the society was everyone’s responsibility. Following the escalation of opposition, Abhijit Deepke and his team were compelled to leave the premises.
Locals argued that the society’s park is intended for children, the elderly, and residents, and that external activities or political gatherings could cause inconvenience. They alleged that holding such a meeting without permission was inappropriate.
Meanwhile, the CJP has not yet issued a detailed response regarding the incident. However, it is reported that the team was preparing for the “Jantar Mantar Season 2” event, through which the party plans to convey its ideas and issues to the public.
