Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai participated in the Baba Guru Ghasidas Jayanti celebrations in Setganga.

Setganga. A grand program was organized today in Setganga, Chhattisgarh, on the occasion of Baba Guru Ghasidas Jayanti, which was attended by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. Cabinet Minister Guru Khushwant Saheb, considered a guru of the Satnami community, was also specially present on this auspicious occasion. A large number of people from the Satnami community, devotees, and dignitaries participated in the program. Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai recalled the life, thoughts, and messages of Baba Guru Ghasidas. He said that Baba Guru Ghasidas showed society the path of truth, non-violence, equality, and humanity.

His message is as relevant today as ever and inspires society to remain united. The Chief Minister said that the Satnami community has made a significant contribution to the social and cultural identity of Chhattisgarh. Cabinet Minister Guru Khushwant Saheb also appealed to the people to imbibe the teachings of Baba Guru Ghasidas in his address. He said that Baba’s message of “all human beings are equal” is the foundation of social harmony and brotherhood. He appealed to the youth of the community to move forward on the path of education, service, and good values.
During the program, floral tributes were offered to the statue of Baba Guru Ghasidas, and devotional songs and cultural performances were also presented. Devotees participated in the जयंती (Jayanti) celebrations with great devotion and enthusiasm. An atmosphere of devotion and joy prevailed at the venue. Local representatives, senior officials of the community, and administrative officers were also present on this occasion. Everyone unanimously resolved to follow the ideals of Baba Guru Ghasidas and maintain equality and harmony in society. The program concluded in a peaceful and dignified atmosphere.
