Chhattisgarh: HC stays the transfer of an officer and an employee

Bilaspur. Chhattisgarh High Court has provided relief to two officers and employees of urban bodies. Bhupendra Goir, posted on the post of Assistant Grade 3 in Durg Municipal Corporation, was transferred to Nagar Panchayat Devkar, which he challenged in the High Court. After hearing, the court has stayed the order of the state government and sought a reply. In the second case, the High Court has also stayed the cancellation of the transfer order of Rakesh Sahu, who was posted as the Chief Municipal Officer in charge in Shivrinarayan a few days ago and has sought an explanation from the state government.
