Checking of bags in railway station, two youths arrested with ganja

Bilaspur. On Monday, the RPF team arrested two youths smuggling ganja at Uslapur railway station in the district. 8 kg ganja was found in the bag which the smugglers were taking from Odisha to Madhya Pradesh.

GRP has been handed over to take action against both the accused. In fact, these days, GRP and RPF teams are continuously monitoring the trains as well as the railway stations. Suspects of pickpocketing and theft in trains are being arrested. Those involved in illegal business by transporting intoxicants are also being monitored.

Meanwhile, on December 25, RPF personnel deployed at Uslapur railway station were on duty. During this time he came to know that two youths were sitting near the main gate on platform number one.

Whose activities are suspicious and there is suspicion of having ganja in their bag. When the RPF team reached near the main gate, seeing them the youth sitting near the gate started running away after collecting their bags.

The RPF team surrounded them and caught them. After both the youth were caught, the team interrogated them and then it was found that Manish Singh was a resident of Pithorabad of Nagaud police station in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. The second youth, Shubhakaran, also lives in Kundrikhurd of Uchehra police station area of Satna.
