Chandigarh: Sector 44 school won Swarotsav trophy

Chandigarh: Tribune School organised ‘Swarotsav 2024’, an inter-school singing competition that brought together young talents from across the region to celebrate the divine message of Lord Krishna and the patriotic spirit of India.

The students competed in two categories: ‘Patriotic Group Songs’ and ‘Solo Krishna Bhajans’. The performances were a display of musical talent, devotion and love for the country. The competition was judged by a panel of eminent personalities from the field of music. The event concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony where the coveted ‘Swarotsav Running Trophy’ was awarded to St Joseph School, Sector 44.

Additionally, St Joseph School, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 27 and AKSIPS, Sector 41, (in the group category) and St Joseph, Sector 44, Dev Samaj, Sector 21 and St Soldiers, Sector 28, (in the solo category) were awarded the first, second and third prizes respectively. The students of the school gave a special performance to make the celebration more interesting though they did not compete.
