Chandigarh: Maid booked for stealing cash worth Rs 45,000

Chandigarh: The UT Police has booked a maid for allegedly stealing Rs 45,000 from a house in Sector 29. The house owner said the money kept in the cupboard was allegedly stolen by her maid Tania (28), a resident of Ram Darbar. She came to know about the theft on July 21. A case has been registered.
