Chandigarh: Lawyers to protest against Tenancy Act

Chandigarh: The District Bar Association, Chandigarh has decided to observe ‘no work day’ from July 22 to protest against the implementation of Chandigarh Union Territory Tenancy Act 2019. Association president Rohit Khullar said that the protest will continue until the issue is resolved. He said that the decision to protest was taken in the general body meeting convened on July 19.
