Chandigarh: Case registered against person who misbehaved with police

Chandigarh: Police have registered a case against a man from Punjab for allegedly misbehaving with the traffic police. SI Heera Singh said that an SUV was stopped for checking at a check post near South End Chowk. The driver refused to show the vehicle documents and misbehaved with the policemen posted at the check post. Police have registered a case against the SUV driver at Sector 36 police station.

Chain snatched from woman

Chandigarh: A gold chain was snatched from a woman in the city. The victim said that miscreants snatched her gold chain near Sector 34 market. She informed the police, after which a case was registered.
