Chances of rain from July 4

Raipur. The rainy season is going to start again in the state from today. The weather is clear in North and South Chhattisgarh due to stoppage of Monsoon activities since last 2 days. There has been no rain in central Chhattisgarh for a week, so the day temperature and humidity have increased. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain in many places from today, while there are chances of good rain from Tuesday.

It rained in Bastar and Surguja divisions till two days ago, but due to lack of rain in central Chhattisgarh, the humidity has decreased and the humidity has increased. Once again ACs, fans and coolers have started in people’s homes but now it is expected to get relief from the heat. The Meteorological Department says that a monsoon trough has formed, which will pass through Bikaner, Dausa, Gwalior, Ambikapur via Sidhi, Balasore till the Bay of South-West Bengal. Apart from this, a cyclone is also forming in the central part of the Bay of South-West Bengal. Because of this, a large amount of moisture is likely to come from the sea. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of showers with thunder and lightning at most places in almost all the divisions of the state. Heavy rain may occur at some places.
