CG NEWS: 352 workers sanctioned Rs 1 lakh each for housing construction

Raipur raipur news. Under the Chief Minister Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme in the Vishnudev government of the labor-friendly state, on the instructions of Labor Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan, a total of 352 workers of the state have been approved an assistance amount of one lakh rupees each. Under the Chief Minister’s Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme, the registered construction workers of Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board are given money to the eligible beneficiaries for housing on their own plot or purchase of new housing.

Labor Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan After the removal of the code of conduct, Labor Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan recently reviewed all the schemes by holding a marathon meeting of the Labor Department. In the review meeting, the Labor Minister had directed the officials to immediately release the amount to the eligible beneficiaries of the Chief Minister’s Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme. On the instructions of Minister Shri Dewangan, the amount was approved to 352 beneficiaries across the state. The beneficiaries are given an amount of one lakh rupees each in their account through DBT.
