CEO Reena Baba Saheb Kangale hoisted the flag on the occasion of Independence Day

Raipur: Reena Baba Saheb Kangale, Chief Electoral Officer, Chhattisgarh, hoisted the flag at the Chief Electoral Officer’s premises on the occasion of Independence Day today and wished the entire state and countrymen. On this occasion, all the officers and employees of the Chief Electoral Officer’s office were present.

Governor Ramen Deka wished the entire countrymen including the state on the occasion of 78th Independence Day. Also, on this occasion, the Governor remembered the heroes who sacrificed their lives in the freedom struggle and saluted them. In his message, the Governor said that countless fighters including Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose played an important role in liberating India from British rule in their own ways. We should not forget the sacrifice of those fighters.

He also said that the brave soldiers and policemen of our army have also sacrificed their lives to maintain independence, their contribution can never be forgotten. The Governor called upon the young generation to play an active role in strengthening the unity and integrity of India.
