CBSE: Teacher recruitment process to begin from May 5

Himachal Pradesh: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the counseling process for teacher recruitment in CBSE-affiliated schools will begin on May 5th. This step has been taken to open new employment opportunities for qualified and interested teachers. The board has appealed to teachers to participate in the online registration and counseling process within the stipulated time. According to sources, the counseling process will be conducted entirely online. Teachers with the required educational qualifications and experience for various subjects and classes will be selected. This process will provide eligible candidates with the opportunity to submit their preferences and be selected for the available positions.
The official notice issued by the CBSE states that to participate in the counseling, all teachers must log in to the board’s official website. Candidates will then be required to upload their educational certificates, experience letters, and other required documents. The board will ensure that the selection process is transparent and fair. In the counseling process, teachers will be assigned to schools based on their qualifications, experience, and performance. Board officials stated that irregularities will be avoided in this process, and all selections will be made according to merit and criteria. Experts say that this initiative by CBSE will not only provide employment opportunities to teachers but also boost the quality of teaching in schools. “When qualified and experienced teachers are posted in the right positions, it positively impacts students’ academic success. The counseling process is an important step in this direction,” said an education expert.
The board has also advised teachers to follow all necessary guidelines and timetables. Any delays or lack of documents may impact the selection process. Candidates have also been advised to avoid contact with fraudulent claims or unauthorized agents. CBSE officials have also clarified that to maintain transparency in the selection process, the screening and document verification process for each candidate will be conducted online. As a result, only qualified teachers will be found eligible for deployment. This counseling process, which begins on May 5th, is planned to ensure the deployment of teachers in CBSE schools across the country. The aim of the Board is to appoint quality teachers in all educational institutions and provide better education opportunities to the students.
