Carrot pickle made easily at home
Ingredients for making carrot pickle-
- 1 kg carrot
- 2 tsp fennel
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried mango powder
– 300 grams mustard oil
- 1 bowl of salt
How to make carrot pickle- To make carrot pickle, take carrots and wash them thoroughly with water. After this, peel off the carrot and cut it into thin and long pieces. Now put the chopped carrots in a big bowl and add turmeric and salt as per taste to it. After this, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel in a pan and dry roast them on low flame. Now fry all these spices for about 1 minute and turn off the gas. After it cools down a bit, put all the spices in a mixer and grind them coarsely. Take your tasty carrot pickle is ready, now fill it in a glass jar.
