The family members had objected to this many times. Despite this, the brother-in-law suspected illegal relations due to the conversation on the phone. At the same time, he killed Bhabhi with an axe in front of the Panchayat regarding this matter. Let us tell you that on Thursday, a panchayat was held at the house of Satendra Yadav, a resident of Pakri Tola, regarding the alleged illegal relationship.

Former Pradhan and other villagers were present. Brother-in-law Manoj Yadav alleged that his sister-in-law Soni talks to another person for hours through the phone. Despite refusing, she is not stopping talking on the phone. He suspects that she has an illegal relationship with the person talking. Other family members also supported Manoj. There was a mild altercation between Soni and brother-in-law Manoj regarding this issue. Angered by this, Manoj brought an axe kept in the house and killed her by attacking her on the neck. According to the police spokesperson, to solve the case, SP Dr. Yashveer Singh had instructed the Chopan police to solve the case soon under the supervision of ASP Headquarters Kalu Singh and CO City Dr. Charu Dwivedi. According to the police spokesperson, information was given in the case.

On the basis of the complaint, a case was registered under section 302 against brother-in-law Manoj Yadav son Harinath Yadav resident of Pakri Post Kanchh police station Chopan. On Friday morning, the team in the presence of Inspector-in-charge Vijay Kumar Chaurasia, SSI Umashankar Yadav, Head Constable Satyaprakash Maurya, Yogesh Chandra Maurya arrested him from near Kanchh Mudkatwa temple and recovered the murder weapon axe used in the incident on his indication. The accused told the police during interrogation that his sister-in-law Soni Devi was persuaded several times to talk to another person on the phone but there was no change in her behavior. Due to this, there were frequent fights in the house. He was also feeling insulted in the village society. Regarding this issue, he attacked his sister-in-law with an axe two-three times on the neck, due to which she died on the spot.
