The accused used to work as a daily wage labourer at his brother-in-law’s house in Salihapara of Bhanupratappur. During this time, the minor came in contact with him. A case was filed against the accused Vivek Baghel under various sections including rape and he was produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail.
