Blade scandal accused arrested, youth was attacked 12 times

Korba. Manikpur police has arrested the accused youth who attacked the youth with a blade. The name of the accused is Sanjay Sonwani alias Chhota Chetan. Last Saturday, after a dispute, the accused attacked a person named Kanhaiya Ratre with a blade and ran away. After presenting the accused in the court, he has been sent to jail.

Actually, a case of blade attack was reported on Saturday evening near Anandam Vihar Apartment located in Mudapar under Manikpur outpost. Where there was a dispute over some issue between accused Sanjay Sonwani and Kanhaiya Ratre. The dispute escalated so much that both of them started abusing and even got into a scuffle.

Meanwhile, during the dispute, Kanhaiya bit Sanjay Sonwani’s face with his teeth. After this, angry Sanjay Sonwani attacked Kanhaiya with a blade. In anger, the accused attacked not once or twice but 12 times. In which he was seriously injured. After the incident, Kanhaiya was admitted to the District Medical College with the help of passersby.
