BJP leader cheated of lakhs, swindler arrested in the case
Janjgir-Champa. Akaltara police has arrested one absconding accused, Kumar Patle, who cheated BJP leader Anand Prakash Miri of Rs 10 lakh. Two accused in the case, Vinod Suryavanshi and Jagdish Lahere, were arrested by the police on February 10 and the other two accused are still absconding, whom the police is searching for. In fact, on February 4, five people took BJP leader Anand Prakash Miri to Dalpahar for worship and then made him unconscious and took away Rs 10 lakh. In the case, the police had registered a crime under sections 420, 120B, 328 of the IPC.
