BJP entrusts Moonat and Shivratan with the responsibility of Bengal elections

Raipur. Assembly elections are scheduled for 2026 in several states across the country. These include Assam, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry. Although the election dates for these states have not been announced, all political parties have already begun preparations. Meanwhile, the BJP has assigned key responsibilities to senior leaders from Chhattisgarh for the Assam and West Bengal assembly elections.
Arun Sao and OP Choudhary have been assigned responsibility for Assam. They each have been assigned 10 assembly constituencies. Durg MP Vijay Baghel has also been assigned responsibility for 10 assembly seats in Assam.
Similarly, Chhattisgarh leaders have also played a major role in the West Bengal assembly elections. Organization General Secretary Pawan Sao has been assigned responsibility for West Bengal. Along with him, Chhattisgarh MLA Rajesh Munat and senior BJP leader Shivratan Sharma will also lead the party’s campaign in West Bengal.
